The ARS based applications gather valuable information regarding the delivery of IT services across the enterprise including cost information, asset data, service level data, support data and knowledge accumulated from a variety of operations. They consolidate information in a single data base repository, sharing it among the applications. The applications can also share data with ERP systems, IT discovery tools, legacy applications and other enterprise systems to synchronize information across all business processes.
